Mickey's Pizza - Butler

Pizza was great. A bit crisp on the blows. Loved the fact that the sauce and the cheese went all the way to the edge. I hate it when I order a big pizza and get half, that's just dough edges. Cheese good. Sauce very good. Clean environment. Everyone is busy, but still smiling and friendly. All kinds of food prepared and all looked wonderful. Prices very good. Would try again.

Food was delicious and fairly priced. Good customer service. Ordered a double meat cheese burger and it was better than expected and plenty of fries the order was a little later than I was told but nothing at all to complain about with how good the food was and the delivery lady was very polite.

I called to order a sandwich and requested that half of it be made without tomatoes. The man on the phone abruptly interrupted me, saying he wasn't sure if that was possible—what about that request is so difficult? He informed me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and a half later, I called back to check on my order, and the same man said it was on its way. Ten minutes later, I was still waiting! I will not be ordering from here again and will be sharing my experience with others about the terrible service.

You absolutely have to try the Chandler's hoagie! It's incredible—spaghetti and meatballs served on a hoagie bun. Everything is fantastic, and the portions are huge!

We ordered from this restaurant once, and that was sufficient for us. The pizza sauce had a taste that suggested it had been stored in an aluminum can for quite a long time. On top of that, they double-charged our debit card, and the food arrived 35 minutes late.
