Meltz Philly Steaks - Butler

The restaurant claims to be open until 7 PM, but when I went to get dinner, a rude guy with a beard told me they were closing at 6 PM. He had a sign that said they would be closing in 10 minutes at 5:50 PM, but then he claimed they had one order left and were already closed. However, he did redeem himself by offering me a free drink, which I appreciated. His attitude improved after that!

I drove 30 minutes to get to Meltz, but when I arrived, the staff member told me, "I can't take any orders right now; I'm busy with a large DoorDash order." So, unfortunately, I ended up wasting my gas just to hear that he couldn't manage multiple tasks.

Dale and Terri have renewed my faith in this establishment. Dale is a grilling genius, and Terri is an absolute gem. I truly appreciate them!

The staff was very friendly, and the food was truly delicious. I will definitely be returning to try it again.

This is one of the best cheesesteaks I've tried in the area. We think it's even better than Charley's and Jersey Mike's.
