The Lounge - Bury St Edmunds

I hadn't been here in a few years, but I decided to return. The selection of light engravings is beautiful, and there’s a wide variety of drinks available, although the coffee machine doesn't brew fresh coffee. Even though all the tables were occupied, the café still felt quite spacious. I noticed the lovely outdoor area filled with greenery, though it was unfortunate that it was raining. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was served hot and promptly, with no hassle. They still offer reward cards for drinks and meals. I will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic! The food was delicious and satisfying, and the staff were friendly and laid-back, which added to the lovely relaxed atmosphere. I had a baked potato with shrimp cocktail and salad, requesting no dressing. The butter was served separately, allowing us to add just as much as we wanted. My fiancée had a baked potato with chicken, sweet sauce, and mayo, which he absolutely loved. We also ordered milkshakes that were really enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting if you're in Bury St. Edmunds! We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely place with friendly people. I enjoyed sitting in the middle room where the sofas are, and it made me feel like royalty. We'll definitely be back to sit on the terrace; we enjoy exploring new spots!

I really enjoy drinking here for breakfast or a quick coffee. the people are amazing. always a warm welcome. dog-friendly. beautiful art work around the load. beautiful and heated garden. 100% recommend this place. eating is always one! filling and well presented

Very busy place, every table full. Was offered the only table left which wasn't big enough for 2 people let alone 3! So we waited until a lovely family left so we could sit on a bigger table. Food was nice!
