フィードバックを提供するI have never encountered such rudeness at a fast food restaurant until today. When I placed my order, she got it wrong, and when I pointed it out, she shouted my incorrect order back to me through the microphone.
On Sunday, October 9, 2023, I encountered a frustrating situation at this restaurant. The doors were locked, and I couldn't pick up my online order. I had to wait in the drive-thru with seven cars ahead of me. Why was there no staff available? This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online. My 6:30 pick-up turned into a 6:50 drive-thru wait. It's a joke, and I’m done with this location!
The dining room wasn't open for online in-store pickup orders, so I had to wait in a drive-thru line with over 10 cars just to collect my order. I even called to inquire about in-store pickup options. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I have been to this store 4 times and they haven't gotten an order right yet!! It's not that difficult! Your employees need to LISTEN!!!!! I can't remember a time when I ve been more angry at incompetence I mean 4 times and never right. I guess all the employees are incompetent, McDonald rejects!Dietary restrictions: Get your orders right, LOSERS!
Went there about 9 pm and they couldn't fill my order all the way. Had to substitute for other.
