フィードバックを提供するI was behind two people in line and ended up waiting 15 minutes before I could place my order. As for the food, I paid $10 for an olive burger, and guess what? There were no olives at all! This location is supposed to be known for its olives, but it clearly didn’t deliver. I definitely do not recommend this place. You’re better off going to Wendy’s, KFC, or the Subway that’s right next door. Anything is better than Halo Burger. I’m extremely disappointed. Zero stars.
Before embarking on a five-hour drive back home, we decided to stop by our hometown favorite, Halo Burger! We placed a large and somewhat complicated order, but the service was exceptional. Cindy was incredibly kind and accommodating with all of our requests. I highly recommend this Belsay Road location!
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. It took 10 minutes to process my order and another 10 minutes to receive my meal, which consisted of one olive burger and one order of fries. I expected the food to be hot and fresh after such a wait, but it was far from that. The fries were soggy and cold, and the burger was also cold—definitely not even at room temperature. Overall, it felt like a waste of both time and money.
Came through the drive through last month and was super annoyed. Breakfast items don 't have a time of when they 're served- so I attempted to order a breakfast burrito and was told they don 't have breakfast right now. Alright then... proceed to order our food- spent about $20, ordered food that required dips and when I asked for BBQ sauce, was told it was .33 cents. Really? REALLY???? Sure, .33 cents isn 't a big deal- but I was told this after they already swiped my card, and ordered chicken tenders and cheese curds- both should come with a sauce. I just spent $20 on mediocre fast food and you want to charge me .33 cents for BBQ??? Get real.
My husband stopped on his way home from work to pick up a couple burgers and fries as he does a couple times a month. He ordered two singles with cheese and olives. when he got home, I opened the bag and took a bite of my burger. It was wafer thin, no cheese and limp lettuce. I called and spoke to the manager and told her something was wrong. She said nothing had changed in the way they prepare the burgers. I 've been eating Halo burgers for thirty years, I 'll bring them back for you to see. I returned them after waiting twenty minutes for a party of four to order. The manager came out and I started to show her what I was talking about, an employee came up to the counter and said she took the order and that my husband ordered two cheesy singles and that 's what he got. I know what my husband ordered, its the same thing EVERY time he goes. I said well I don 't want them. She said, "Either do we, you can throw them away, there is a trash can right there. I did and will never, ever eat another Halo burger as long as I live. The manager stood there without saying a word! No offer to make the correct order or a refund, no apology, nothing. If that is their policy for customer service they will be out of business in a very short time. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. We spent eleven dollars and two trips to Halo Burger for nothing. It will not happen again.
