フィードバックを提供するFirstly I scored KFC a 1 because 1 was the lowest I was able to choose zero not being given as an option. I ordered a 6 Meatball Marinara a 6 Steak Cheese via Uber Eats at 6.07pm on Saturday. The food was delivered quickly. However, the Meatball Marinara was just warm the Steak Cheese tasted as if it had just come out of the fridge. I have informed Uber Eats of this but haven't received a reply. My telephone calls to Subway have gone unanswered. Appalling service.
I ordered from here a few weeks back and they missed 50% of the items that I had ordered and paid for via Uber eats, despite the inconvenience I managed to get a refund for this from the app and wrongly assumed they must have just been having a bad day at work… I get it, we all have them. Giving the benefit of the doubt I ordered again today and once again missing items and wrong order! I don’t tend to make a habit of paying for things I don’t receive! It seems the staff are totally incompetent or just simply don’t care… and don’t bother leaving special instructions because they won’t read them anyway. Never again, shocking service! And to add, the food I did receive was cold and dry!
Apparently these are nachos????? The doritos have a texture like they have been left open overnight and as for the tea spoon of salsa and selfish sprinkling of cheese, I'm fuming. £3 for this ****! Terrible!
Says more or less enough in the title...late, cold, soggy...tried phoning to no avail. Will not be returning.
Absolutely sh service... Told em wanted it toasted but they never... Rush your food... Forgot my drink.. Said they would come back but never returned... Wont recommend even my dog to eat there. They need new staff!!!
