Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time. My partner ordered a Texas cowboy ribeye for $50, expecting high quality. He requested it to be cooked medium-rare. When it arrived, it looked promising, but upon cutting into it, it was clear that it had not been cooked to order; it was practically blue. My partner spoke with the staff about this and suggested they could correct the issue by putting it back on the grill. However, anyone who knows about steak understands that this isn’t a viable solution. The meat has already been cooked once and then served, and reheating it can lead to contamination risks and result in a tough, unappetizing texture. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.

This charming little restaurant and pub offers excellent service along with high-quality food and beer. I am truly impressed!
