I work in the mall so TJ’s is a no brainer when it comes to hs grabbing drinks and food after a shift, the staff are always fantastic and the food is never a disappointment

We loved the newly renovated place and so happy it has finally reopened! Food was great. My wife had chicken fingers and I had rack of ribs. Best ribs in town!

This Turtle Jack’s has just completed a major renovation. They have done an excellent job, looks brighter and modern. I am not sure if the menu has changed, most of it looks the same. Our server was excellent, and the manager of the restaurant was walking around speaking with all the patrons asking their opinion about and renos and the food. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer which was excellent, just a touch spicy. We loved it. One person then had soup salad (beef barley soup and Caesar salad), the other person had Tuna Poke Bowl. We would definitely recommend eating at this restaurant.

We were disappointed to find that for the second time, the restaurant charged us extra for items that were supposed to be included. The burger extravaganza was supposed to come with a choice of fries, but we were charged $5.00 for them. Additionally, when we asked for onion rings instead of fries, we were charged more than the menu price. This location has a habit of adding on extra charges, as we experienced before when ordering fish tacos that were supposed to include avocado. They served the tacos without avocado, and when we requested some, they charged us an additional $5.00. This constant nickel-and-diming of customers is unacceptable.
