Thai Blues - Burlington

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and will keep coming back. I've made an effort to try a variety of dishes, and I am always pleased with my choices. The food is incredible, and no other Thai restaurants in the area come close to matching it. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. This place is unbeatable!

The food is good and staff are friendly and gives good service. I love the green curry but the pad thai could you some work. I have been a customer here for almost 4 years now.

This family-owned restaurant is still building its customer base. The staff is friendly and polite, and the dining room has a lovely decor. The food is delicious—my favorite dish is the cashew chicken, which I haven't found to be better anywhere else. Please note that Thai Blues is closed on Sundays, but they offer lunch and dinner throughout the rest of the week.

I requested my dish to be "super Thai hot," and they definitely delivered. It was almost overwhelmingly spicy, so much so that I could barely taste anything but the peppers (that's probably more my fault). The curry that I could taste was quite good, though it had a slightly curdled texture, if that's even a thing. The other dish, sweet and sour shrimp, was much better than mine.

Actually one of the best thai places I've been to. Many Thai restaurants tend to over exaggerate their flavors, but this tasted home made and not overly salty or overly sweet.
