Rib Eye Jack’s Ale House - Burlington

I went to Rib Eye Jackets and was disappointed with my experience. They have a good selection of craft beers, but both the beer and wine I wanted were not available. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night, yet the service was slow. The steak, which is supposed to be a signature dish, was overcooked. The burger I ordered tasted like it was cooked from a frozen patty and was not very good. The server was friendly and took the steak off the bill. Overall, there was nothing exceptional about this place and I would not return.

Service was exceptionally slow. Unable to use beer on the menu. Scrambled information provided on menu. Extremely disappointing and willing. It's going back.

Steak was cooked for perfection. The taste was great.

This restaurant is a lovely spot for a peaceful dinner. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. It is a bit small, but it is definitely worth checking out the brunch menu. I will definitely be returning.
