Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Burlington

Always a hit with everyone. Our 6-year-old adores this restaurant, and the food has consistently been delicious. The staff is also friendly and very helpful!

I usually have no issues, but this is the third time I've ordered the boneless wings, and they are really small for the price. Additionally, I never received any ranch dressing with them.

This is the best pizza in the area! I used to work at the old Ken’s back in the late '70s, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. The owner, Dan, came over to our table and chatted with us for a few minutes, which brought back so many wonderful memories.

Dawn is very personable and friendly! She was quick to help us at the counter and very polite while picking plates up off our table!! We wanted a specific pizza and she made sure we got it in a timely manner!! Quite satisfied with our visit today!!

There was nothing wrong with the food, it was actually quite good. However, I did have a problem with one of the workers up front. I walked in and was seen right away, the girl who was helping me then started looking for my order. As she was doing thisthe person up front was complaining to someone and said something along the lines of: I 'll just make Ava do it which I foundout was the girl who helped me.  She stopped looking for my order because the person up front gave her quite a few jobs to do.I was waiting for quite a long time, but that wasn 't the problem. The problem was the way this person up front was treating thispoor girl. They then had a slight altercation and the girl said something like I 'm trying , and she clearly was. I work incustomer service and if I were complaining that loudly about one of my coworkers in front of customers I would be in trouble.That girl was clearly doing her job to the best of her ability and didn 't deserve to be treated in such a rude manner.Especially in front of customers.
