Chick-fil-a - Burlington

This is one of the best places to eat! They offer a military discount and serve a delicious spicy grilled chicken sandwich, which isn’t available at some other places—I’m not sure why. Plus, they have a fast service flow, so you won’t have to wait long in line whether you choose to dine in or go through the drive-thru.

This Chick-fil-A has always been my go-to for dinner, but my last few visits have been disappointing. I went there about half an hour ago and ordered a chicken sandwich with a large fry. Unfortunately, they completely messed up my order. I received a spicy sandwich instead of the regular one, and the fries were overcooked—all of them were golden and too crispy. The only thing they got right was my drink, surprisingly. But did I receive the correct sauces?

I ordered the chicken flour with Nuggets, and the food was excellent. However, they provided an excessive amount of BBQ sauce, which felt unnecessary and resulted in a waste of food. Other than that, everything was good.

Had my first box... regulation A deluxe on the order day and fell in love with it. The vigilance of chicken, freshness, it's nothing like the other fast foods. Loved it and will probably go again!

I specifically told the person taking my order I couldn?t have gluten, they got the gluten free bun correct and even put a sign that said not a gluten free kitchen and lettuce and tomato may not be gluten free, while putting a piece of fried chicken which clearly has gluten in it even after all that. So for dinner fries which they also didn?t know were gluten free and tried to take back and a small salad at home bc it was too late to cook. Thanks for wasting my money and leaving me with no dinner ?
