Happy Chef - Burlingame

I absolutely love this place! Whenever I'm in the area, I always stop by to grab a bite to eat.

General chicken and pork chow mein: The flavor was excellent overall. The chicken was delicious, not overwhelmed by sauce, with just the right amount of spice. The chow mein noodles were thick and had a great texture.

The portion sizes are generous, and the menu is substantial. The food is outstanding and bursting with flavor, and the vegetables are fresh. The restaurant has limited seating, accommodating only about 12 guests at 3 tables of 4. Your meal arrives piping hot at your table. The restroom is located at the back, accessible through the kitchen. Overall, it’s a no-frills spot offering hearty and delicious Chinese food at a very affordable price. Just a heads-up: they close for a siesta from 3 to 5 PM.

Happy chef has very good customer service, and makes the food just in time. I love eating there the days I crave Chinese! If anyone is looking forward to some really good chow-man then happy chef is the place:
