TGI FRIDAYS - Burleson

Tomato skins ordered and potato skins with cheese cut and ranch. had to ask that it be added. sing back and came back cold. had to go to get our own cutlery because the hostess didn't give us, even though there were 6 employees standing on the hostess. I ordered my meal and it was also missing the topping. had to wait until I was almost fled before I got it. must be added to our other meal times that we did not ask and was still accused. prawan bad dirty. even the host has been following me outside to ahow that she checked the bathroom for her layer at an hour and that she was busy. dirty tables around us and was an hour and half before cleaning. our waiter was great, but I had never come personal and becused in my face on the parking lot, which I said there, the bathroom is rough. more terrible place and would stay far away. kitchen has to make the meal right, because the waiter loses sharp with order.

Server disappear for while came back smelling like hot smoke. That cut they tip because I don't smoke. Do as you please but next time use a stray to defuse the aroma.

Food good. Service friendly and prompt. Food prices are comparable to other restaurants. Drinks on the other hand are pricey, good but pricey

We were abandoned for long. Order took forever (1hour 20minutes). Our ‘to go’ order was short of what we paid for. It was a terrible experience.

I rated this experience so low because we had a reservation for 1845 and we were not seated until 1930. There were parties who came in after us without a reservation that were seated prior to us. The hostess was awful with organization and when I told her we made a reservation on Open Table she acted like she had never heard of such a thing and ignored the reservation. It took a manager coming to the front to run the seating to create some order. We made a reservation because I had surgery less than a week prior and we knew with it being Valentine’s Day it would be busy and I wanted to limit my time out of the comfort of my house and limit the time I had to use a walker to get around. It’s safe to say the reservation did none of that. The server was attentive, high energy and very nice. But the welcome into the establishment left a lot of be desired.
