Rio Mambo - Burleson

Today, we visited Rio Mambo and enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Our server, Jorge, was incredibly attentive, and our food was served right away. The staff was very friendly, showing great teamwork. Courtney, I believe that was their name, took care of refilling our drinks. Everyone here was fantastic! Highly recommended!

My husband and I dined out on Thursday night, and the restaurant was bustling! Who wouldn’t want to enjoy a Thursday night special, right? We were seated right away and quickly met our server, Kaden (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was hands down the best server I've ever had anywhere! He always had a smile on his face, his personality was fantastic, and he truly made us feel welcome. He was attentive to all of his tables. Since my birthday was the next day, I had a birthday dinner voucher that allowed me to enjoy a complimentary meal. Kaden even surprised me with dessert while other servers sang! It was such a fun experience, and I loved the lively conversation. My husband ordered the steak with shrimp, and he devoured every bite; he absolutely loved it. I had the chicken enchiladas with verde cream, and they were equally delicious. Goodbye On The Border and Fresco’s, and hello Rio Mambo!

Tonight, we arrived to find the restaurant fully packed. However, Lee went out of his way to secure two spots at the bar for my friend and me. We highly recommend Lee and George at the bar; they are fantastic and mix excellent drinks.

Excellent service and food! Nice atmosphere. We can't wait to go back! So many wonderful decisions on the menu. Margaritas were perfect. Our waitress, Gabriela, couldn't have been better. She was so friendly and was a great waitress. We'll be back soon!

Great food, really good margaritas and fabulous service. It was a little bit pricey, but well worth it.
