Me and my wife ordered for the first time today and WOW! The brisket melted in our mouths with such a phenomenal flavor. Hats off to you guys great job

I would give this place a zero if I could. My mother, who has a disability, visited this location and had a terrible experience. Two of the employees were incredibly rude; they were snickering and making faces at her behind her back, which my aunt noticed. The manager was very dismissive and didn’t seem to care about what was happening. I urge you to speak with your staff to improve the atmosphere at this restaurant. The employees who behaved that way should be ashamed of themselves; they should consider how they would feel if they were in my mother’s position. I assure you, this isn't a "Karen" situation—my mother felt so uncomfortable that she chose to leave and eat somewhere else. You need to do better.

Not having workers make fun of someone with a handicap or medical condition. a friend of mine and her sister who has Parkinson's disease was terribly disrespected and when my friend asked to speak to the Manager, a unkempt young man came out and basically said, what do you want me to do about it and would give no info for placing a complaint. shame on them!

I’m beyond disgusted by how my sister was treated! A word of advice: if you're unsure whether someone is drunk or has a medical condition, please take a moment to ask them if they're okay. They might explain that they have a condition like Parkinson’s or something similar. I am really upset right now, and I can only imagine how my sister feels. We ended up walking out without eating, and Roscoe’s should be ashamed of how their staff, including manager John, handled this situation.

Not impressed. The BBQ is pretty average and the prices are quite high. The staff also seemed rather indifferent.
