Taco Bell - Burke

Complete disappointment. The portion sizes are far from accurate. I’m embarrassed to be associated with this establishment. Customer service is nonexistent. The staff spends their time gossiping without masks instead of addressing issues with improperly prepared food. I would rate it a 0 out of 5 and will be boycotting this place for life.

The service was extremely disorganized, and the staff had a cold and rude demeanor. My order was wrong, and some items were missing when it came to the seasonal menu. I was really just looking forward to the Mexican pizza.

I had a reward for the Mexican pizza, but since only the fourth-best Taco Bell accepts mobile orders with rewards, I had to go there to place my order. One thing I liked was that I couldn’t use my other reward, but I was able to enjoy a free Baja Blast, which was great. The pizza itself was mediocre at best—just tortillas with some beef in the middle and a bit of tomato sauce on top. The staff was friendly, although it felt more like a quick in-and-out experience. No one mentioned anything about using my rewards, which I expected. It's Taco Bell, so don't expect gourmet food. If you're considering the Mexican pizza, I’d say a Crunchwrap is a better choice overall.

Customers service not good at all this are people not a professional business not clear Signs showing only Drive Thru Open when I go to pick up food they are want to me come inside to get food that so stupid stuff i don?t recommend to anyone else to this location?
