La Tramoya - Burgos

We were staying in the Silken hotel overnight during the Camino de Santiago. We decided to eat in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the varied menu which included 2 glasses of wine. Three courses plus the wine priced at 24 euros was very good value The food was well presented and the staff friendly and helpful. My only criticism was that the sauce accompanying the tuna dish was lukewarm. Other than that the meal was excellent.

Hotel indoor restaurants are not always the best but La Tramoya in Silken Gran Teatro is well worth a visit. Interesting meny based on Spanish cuisine. Tasty!

It happens a lot that the restaurant in a hotel is not of the same quality as the hotel. But in this case the restaurant is as good or maybe even better. There is a very good menu served for € 20.00 incl. of a good glass of wine and the food is very good and very well presented. No reason to look for a place to eat outside the hotel.

Acogedor lugar, mesas muy bien arregladas, camareros amigables y buenos profesionales y, por supuesto, excelente comida en todos los sentidos precio de calidad inmejorable
