I ordered two dishes a lamb a chicken with rice and naan brot. When I came to the place where I was sitting and the evening meal for my mother and myself, I was sadly disappointed with the portions of the flesh. I had ordered the large containers of food, so I expected a decent portion of lamb and huh. Unfortunately there were only four 4 pieces lamb and chicken in each container and only bite pieces on it. I hate to give a negative review, I can actually get a positive in there somewhere, but unfortunately not this time. If they have to go over the street to get hungry jacks, then they can have something to give them after the peeling $35.00 for what should have been the least a good curry, there is something very wrong with this picture and to get it from the curry once it was so good. I was the first customer for the evening and would have expected that the curry is hot fresh and aromatic, but instead I got what I could only call the dregs of eating. I can only say you're here on your perile. if they want to try eating here, then I would strongly recommend to them to dinate in and with a group of friends, perhaps the quality of eating with them will be improved sitting there instead of going out of the door after the payment.
Very very disappointed. Hadn't visited since they were at their previous location. Ordered a deal for 2, was missing some of the items. 1 item was replaced with spring rolls that extremely overcooked. The curry was a mix of multiple dishes. The butter chicken had chicken tikka meat in it, which was very dry. The Vindaloo was watery didn't taste like it should. There was also only a very minimal meat in both dishes.
Very dissatisfied with the quality of the food, we won't be ordering from here again. We ordered a Lamb Korma, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and saffron rice for takeaway. Both the curries looked and tasted very similar, which was concerning as they should be quite different. Both had about 4 pieces of meat each, very disappointing for the price. And to top it off the curries were very watery and had the consistency of tinned tomato soup with some spices thrown in. Chicken tikka was more like spiced chicken tenders from the Woolies frozen aisle; and the saffron rice had a very artificial taste and was unnaturally red in colour...
The most shocking experience I have ever had. Food was 40 mins later than advised, and arrived cold. The rice was microwaved from the fridge, the currys had literally NO MEAT, just sauce and they tasted exactly the same (Masala and a korma should not taste the same) and the Raita yoghurt had mold around the lid. All the advertised numbers were disconnected so I had to call the delivery drivers phone, who connected me to the restaraunt where I was told that they would not be refunding or replacing the meals as Sir, you have plenty of other food. I was so stunned by this comment I just hung up and am going to pursue legal action as both me and my partner are now violently ill from what we ate. THe most disgusting service I have ever recieved.
Ordered 2 different curries, with different meats, but you would only know that based on what was written on the lids. Both looked and tasted like a tin of cheap soup with 5 small pieces of meat in them. The saffron rice looked like it had been shaken around a bag of flamin' hot cheetos, so nasty and artificial. The chicken tikka pieces were tiny and bone dry. Next time I'll save myself the and just add some frozen nugs to a tin of diced tomatoes, slap it in the microwave, save myself the 40 minute wait and call it a day! :
