Tuck Tanner - Bulwell

The place is lovely decorated and food was good, however the staff are very rude and unprofessional!! After bringing my food out and giving it to another table without realising the table complained that it wasn’t there food, they tried to give us the same food that had been sat in front of others for a good few minutes. When explained we wanted new food bringing I was given a weird look and said ok and walked off, after then glancing over at the bar I saw the staff looking over and talking about us which is very unprofessional!! They were also gathered round the bar having conversations very loudly about their personal lives. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or revisit myself due to the staff! Which is a shame as everything else was good!

Friendly bar staff and lady waitress.Didn’t have to wait long for the meal We will go again.Nice selection of beers and menus are good.

Chefs dis an absolutely amazing job food was fantastic!!! table service from jacob was incredible so friendly and lovely manners had one issue with the meal but without a doubt he got it sorted without a problem. Service at bar by lauren was amazing, shes doing amazing and was an issue with a pump thing so she bought the drink to the table the whole time whilst we was there she always had a smile on her face , very polite woman. none of the staff looked grumpy or miserable which made the meal better fir us seeing the staff with happy, positive and polite faces would 10/10 recommend it was an amazing meal

We often come to Tuck and Tanner, the food is always great and doesn't take ages to come but you know its cooked fresh by the taste! The staff are lovely, friendly and so helpful. Altogether a perfect atmosphere whether it's with family, friends or just as a couple! Definitely recommend

Staff were friendly and welcoming, food was really nice. 2 things got forgotten on our order so came out later than the rest but staff couldn't have been more apologetic and gave us free dessert to make up for it.
