Hungry Jack's Burgers Bull Creek

One of the worst experiences at HJ 's. Not even busy, the 'team leader ' has terrible service. Received the wrong burger, took 10 minutes per customer. Was at 7.30, a time for dinner should have put more staff on. Again, was not even busy, 4 people in line and 2 at drive through

I had a midnight drive thru. Bought a hunger tamers with chicken varieties and it didn't taste very good. The bread was super artificial and the chicken (including the Nuggets in the hungry tamers) tasted a bit off. I had a stomach ache that night and had diarrhea after about 2 days. Will not eat there ever again.

SHOCKING!!!. I 've lived in the bullcreek area for about 15 years and frequently went to this place over that time... never had any major issues UNTIL some time over the last year or so I 've noticed things have gotten terrible I 'm not even sure where to begin. Firstly, on several occasions the person at the drive through window has seemed completely clueless about what was going on, at one point they didn 't even know who was taking the orders, I mean she literally said to me when I got upto the window (after I had placed my order at the box) .. Very Poor Argumentive Customer Service : I Ordered 7 Assorted Takeaway Burgers for the Family. Received only 4 Burgers. Chips, Cokes Sundae count was correct. Called the Manager BASIL at the Store. He would not give his name, initially I Explained Politely that I had been Overcharged the Burger Count was wrong. He ignored the Overcharge Complaint Offered to Replace the Burgers ! , If I came down to the Store. WTF ? I Declined. He took down my details said HJ's would send out a Voucher for 2 Meals. How do I survive between Now the Time I receive the Vouchers or My next PayCheck ? ... LOL Any...read more

Must be one of the worst almost food-related things I've ever been. I've been there a few times and it's always been terrible. will never go there again.
