フィードバックを提供するThe signature yellow-peppered grilled meat skewers in this restaurant have a delicious flavor that is popular nationwide. Paired with crispy crackers and accompanied by egg tea, enjoying the satay here is even more delightful. A portion of satay includes 6 skewers served on a plate with banana leaves that can also be used as utensils. The meat used is ribs or sticks that have a tender texture and slight marbling, enhancing the flavor of the satay when grilled. The cows used for the meat are from Padang Panjang. Customers can choose to order the satay with just the meat or a combination of meat with offal, liver, or heart. The satay is served separately from the spicy sauce, allowing customers to enjoy it in their own way. Mak Syukur has been selling satay since 1941, long before the republic was established. Their dedication to producing high-quality satay has made them famous, with even leaders of the country stopping by to taste their delicious skewers.
Some claim that this is the iconic eatery to indulge in delicious food, and I personally adore it. Hopefully, it will make a comeback.
I recently dined at the main restaurant of "Kette" at Her Mak Syukur. The flavors were even better than those in Jakarta, and the prices were more affordable.
The legendary sate mak syukur. the taste itself is very different from that in jakarta. the flesh is thick and chewing. Try it! Although this place is famous, they still have no EDC machine so they only have to pay cash.
One of the most legendary Sate Padang. The satay are very tender enough for you yo chew them off effortlessly! Not to mention the tasty sauce that makes the satay into one complete combination for your lunch. It is reasonably spicy si that everyone can enjoy (even for those who don't like spicy food at all).
