Subway - Buford

Incredibly rude manager. Doesn't have a proper customer service. I saw her screaming with a customer over a sandwich also she accused all of the stealing drinks!!! It's just very unprofessional. If a $1 drink is better than me every day... so be it!

My husband and I stopped to grab a bite to eat and were the only ones there. The two ladies working today were incredibly sweet! They made us fresh pretzels when we ordered them even though they had some in the case, and they made me a great pizza covered with my chosen toppings!! Best customer service I've ever had at a subway!! Thank you Luz and your coworker! Sorry I didn't catch your name too!

We went to the restaurant to eat, and as soon as we received our food and sat down, we noticed several roaches on the wall next to our table. My husband alerted an employee, who mentioned that they were aware of the issue and had called someone to address it. We ended up throwing our food in the garbage, and we weren’t offered a refund or even an apology. At this point, they’re lucky to receive even one star.

Both employees were helpful and polite, making for a pleasant experience. The restaurant has an A rating from the inspection, which is one of the key factors I consider when choosing a place to eat. I would recommend trying all the drinks they offer.

The customer service was outstanding, the bread was fresh, and the bathroom was clean.
