Dunkin' - Buford

The oat milk ice cream coffee is fantastic! This place is really clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly!

For as busy as they are you?d thing the customer service would be amazing. But NO, they are rude, inconsiderate and your coffee cup is always dirty and overflowing. Such attitudes when you ask them to clean the cup or remake.

Staff is nice and was wearing full PPE today which is amazing! Three stars for that. Would be five, however, they mess up my order a LOT. Just in the past two days they have repeated the same mistake and both times I didn?t have enough time to come back through the line to get my correct order. I get a large french vanilla iced coffee with 4 creams and 4 sugars. They always put 4 flavor shots and regular cream/sugar. They even repeat my exact order back to me, but it isn?t printed or made the way they repeat it, so I?m not sure what?s going on there.

I had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The staff is friendly, the food is hot and fresh, and the place is clean. This has always been my go-to Dunkin' Donuts, and I've always preferred it over other locations. They truly pay attention to your order, and the professionalism of the staff stands out.
