フィードバックを提供するI had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. They lost my son's birthday cake and now refuse to refund me because they can't find a receipt on their end, despite me having one from my online order. I will never return to this location again and will be reaching out to the manager as well as corporate. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the situation at all. I also want to warn other customers that they allow a disruptive homeless individual to linger in the establishment and harass patrons. This person sits in the back and gets involved in disputes, which is simply unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a manager permit such behavior, especially when the individual follows customers to their vehicles and yells at them. Unbelievable!
When we reached the window to order, we were once again told they were too short-staffed to make it. My husband questioned this, based on what he had just seen inside, and they brought over another employee to address the situation. After he ordered again, this time we were told they were out of ingredients. So, what’s the real reason? Are you genuinely short-staffed, have you run out of ingredients, or do you just not want to make two of these items? The service has been terrible!
Baskin-Robbins is known for its 31 flavors, right? Unfortunately, this location only has 18 available. They often don't have chocolate and several other popular options. My wife is a big fan of their milkshakes, but during our last few visits, they either ran out of ice cream or couldn't make our selections. This used to be our favorite spot, but it seems to have really declined. I hope the management takes notice and makes some changes to improve the situation!
Went to drive through at 945 to place a simple order and they are supposed to be closed at 10 and the open sign was on and nobody answered the drive through but there employees in the store and as soon as o drove back around they had ignored me and turned off the open sign! I work in the restaurant industry and I know it?s a pain when costumers comes in late but come on it?s ice cream it?s not like you are cooking food made to order. Very disappointed!! Will not be returning.
We went through the drive through line this afternoon. For some reason it took quite a long time to get the order. The staff seemed new but they were helpful.
