フィードバックを提供するI've had three out of my last five orders messed up. The service is quick, but my order is often incorrect. This will likely be my last visit to this location.
The coffee consistently has the wrong flavoring. This time, they actually put a hole in the ice cappuccino cup and still gave it to us. I'm really frustrated, especially since this is one of the few places open late.
The restaurant should consider hiring staff who have a good command of English. When I visited Tim Hortons, the service was disappointing because the employee struggled with English, which led to my order being incorrectly handled.

Customer service was not up to part. They are making a lot of mistakes. Gloves and proper use of hairnets seem to be optional. Food looks like it is thrown in the bag before handing it over to customer. My favorite company has become really bad. Tim Horton please raise your standards again. Make sure the managers are leading their team to provide excellence just like before.
