Thin Man Brewery - Buffalo

I recently had the best brunch of my life in Buffalo at this restaurant. Their hash breakfast bowl is amazing, with sweet potatoes, peppers, egg, and sausage. The french toast is absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked with hints of cinnamon and a light glaze of sweetness. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. They also offer drag and burlesque brunches, featuring a fun show and tasty food, complete with mimosas.

The drinks were good, but that was the only positive aspect of my experience. I ordered a breakfast burrito, but it never arrived. Despite checking in with the host twice, my food never materialized. The host informed me that she had asked the kitchen about my order three times, yet it still did not come. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my food order. My main issue was why I had to repeatedly inquire about my food instead of being updated by the staff proactively.

This is one of the best breweries in the area. The beer is always delicious and they always have a strong mix of styles available. The food every time I have gone has been excellent and service is always great. The atmosphere of the brewery isalways lively and there are arcade games upstairs. A must stop for any fan of beer, food, or just a good time! Update: you haveto try the chicken and waffles!

I originally came to try the Neon Boodle collaboration with Ommegang, but I ended up staying for the amazing chicken sandwich. I never expected a brewery to make such a delicious dish!

Spacious bar with a lot of character and really good beers. Nice stone bartop. Great selections of hazy IPAs when I visited and the were all delicious, even though they had weird names with words like wombat and hamster in them ????. Highly recommend!
