Starbucks - Buffalo

On this beautiful day, I decided to visit this restaurant to get my free red Christmas disposable cup. The drive-thru and inside were crowded, but the staff was festive and everyone seemed happy. Although my mobile order took longer than usual, the staff was organized and the store was fun to look around in while waiting. Overall, great job!

The drive-thru queue may seem daunting, but rest assured they don't keep you waiting long. My orders are consistently accurate and prepared promptly. Plus, the baristas at this Buffalo location are top-notch. This place never fails to make me happy!

This Starbucks is hands down the slowest I have ever experienced. Do not expect to get your coffee quickly if you are in a rush. I have been here twice now and both times have been incredibly slow.

The Vanilla drink I ordered was absolutely amazing. However, the line of cars was extremely long and moved at a very slow pace. We had to wait just to get into the parking lot, and then my son had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes inside. Personally, I would have left, but my 19-year-old son was more patient than I was, sitting in the hot car.

The staff at this restaurant is impolite and unfriendly. Don't bother trying to engage with them or expect a basic greeting when you interact with them. Additionally, the drive-thru line consistently has a wait time of about 10 minutes.
