Russell's Steak, Chops, More is not just the most elegant high-end restaurant in Western New York, but a place where you can go to be with good friends, stay in beautiful suites, enjoy delicious cuisine, and be greeted by the owner each time you visit. The bar and restaurant are stunningly beautiful and well-maintained, attracting patrons from near and far to experience the incredible ambiance. From the hotel staff to the servers, bartenders, and management, everyone at Russell's ensures a memorable experience. My husband and I got married there a year ago and recently celebrated our anniversary, as well as New Year's Eve, with our Russell's friends. We always feel like royalty when we visit and highly recommend this place. Russell's is truly the best choice for a night out.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The lamb chops and the blue cheese infused 14oz steak were absolutely delicious. It's hard to find words to fully describe how great they were, as so many others have praised them already. Chef Nick Coleman even took the time to show us around their state-of-the-art, efficiently run kitchen. I wish them continued success. - Trish Manny

I took my husband out for his birthday and our dining experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent and our meals were amazing. I especially recommend trying the Filet Oscar. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience and we cannot wait to go back.

We went with a party of 8 for the over night package and dinner. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and treated us wonderful. The entire wait staff was great and our food was delicious. From the appetizer down to the dessert. We all left dinner full and satisfied. Our room was beautiful and the King bed was awesome (wish I had one at home). The night out with our closest friends and family was a great time!

We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary last night as we spent an overnight as your guest. I wanted to thank you for such a fantastic time Russell, your choice of seating us at (in our eyes), the best table made for a memorable evening. Our meals were absolutely top notch, I love that you have Oyster Rockefeller as not many restaurants do.. Cory, our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and pick out a great bottle of wine for us.. Thank you both Russell and Cory for all that you do!
