Red Lobster - Buffalo

For unlimited shrimps with the family. It was pretty decent. Owners reached and asked what they could to make the service better, unfortunately I have no Facebook, but in all I appreciate the mood all the same and raised the rating of 3 to 5 stars. The food was good, the only constructive criticism I can offer was that the food felt a little buttery, with a grilled non-fried option would be great for the shrimps. The atmosphere seems so strange with her stock photos and labyrinth of tables

The food is always hot. The servers are nice. Today I stopped and got everything you can eat shrimp. My friend has the garlic pasta with crab. That was absolutely delicious as always. Your Cheddar Bay cookies are amazing.

So, speaking only for this restaurant, the staff were fantastic, had a birthday dinner for my father in law and he chose this place. I ordered a medium-sized rare steak, which like a baked potato, boiled and literally no taste... I wouldn't do this with the many other options in the area. Also, brother had in law order endless shrimps, the 4 varieties and 2 of them are scampi... The woman and father in the law ordered the 2 lobster cocks and were over boiled and overly difficult to clean out the tail. I would give a higher rating for the staff alone, but that just talks about Red Lobster, not what it was earlier.

Dinner for 8 people for reservations at 6 pm. He was there early at 5:50. We didn't sit until 7:00. The staff said it was because they only have 1 table for 8 people. We asked if we could only put together 2 tables or sit in another area that has larger tables and was said that they should not move tables or an open seat at the other tables that were available. We saw 6 different groups going out because they were told that it would wait a long 2 hours. I understand that there is a lack of workers and kitchen staff. But there must be a better way for people to wait long in the waiting room or just go. This is the third time that I was in this restaurant and the same results every time. Once the waitress sat great.

Tonight frank was my server. Great server. Attentive. Biscuits were fresh and delicious. I ordered the admirals feast. Cooked perfectly no regrets. Loved my meal tonight!
