Ming Cafe - Buffalo

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Buffalo, and it even surpasses many in NYC! The food is always fresh, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. I consider it on par with the finest meals I've had in China. However, if you're in a hurry, you might want to look elsewhere, as nothing is pre-prepared or kept on a steam table. It's surprising to me that anyone would rate it less than five stars.

Without a doubt, this is the best Chinese cuisine in Buffalo. The atmosphere is fantastic!

Ming caffe is cozy and has a selection on the menu. the barley dishes are so tasteful. they can say every dish is made with care. if they don't like to swirl, they let them know if they order sweet and sour hair.
