I visited a local restaurant with my partner during Restaurant Week, and I wanted to mention this because I believe it's important to be understanding about our experience. What happened to us is not something that would typically occur...

I ordered takeout, and the staff at the bar were extremely friendly while processing my payment. However, it's hard to even tell that the restaurant is open from the outside due to its appearance.

The food was undoubtedly overpriced. The chicken in the Alfredo was tough and unappetizing, with chewy bits. There were large chunks of garlic in the sauce, and it had a strange flavor that hinted it might have gone bad. The minestrone soup was overly peppered, and the rigatoni had an odd, gummy texture. The sausage was filled with large, crunchy pieces of fennel, which didn’t help the overall experience. It wasn’t the best way to wrap up our vacation. We also asked for utensils to be included with our order, but they were missing. (Ordered through Grubhub)

Jennifer the bartender was absolutely amazing made me and my significant other feel as if we were family, treated us as if we’ve known her for yrs , never waited for a drink and had our food out fast and steaming hot , was as good as when we went back to the old country , best Italian restaurant in the Buffalo area with even better service!!!!
