Very nice place. No cook on duty today, but we got some chicken tenders and drinks

Terrible customer service was my 1st time there wanted to get drinks and wings! Bartender very rude. I ordered a Long Island drink and it was nasty sent it back and just took a water. Asked can it be removed from the bill because she didn’t know how to make it correctly and I didn’t drink it she said no I ordered it and compared it to a beer. Asked to speak to a manager manager refused to talk but told the bartender she wouldn’t take it off the bill and the bartender argued with me while taking my payment keep your money don’t waste your time… for 20 wings and 2 Long Island $68 please I will never go there not even during the bar crawl!

The wait was incredible insane when we went there. The place had around 15 people in total and no one was ordering food from what I saw since people were coming and going but we still waited for our food. Our food took around 45 mins for just 3 wraps. Our waitress kept saying that it was coming since there 's 1 person in the kitchen but it would 've been great knowing before hand so we didn 't have to waste time. I waited for an hour for 3 wraps whilst looking around- no one ordered food in between. The waitress was so unattentive and seemed like just because she got her tip she 'd move on to the next customer. Completely ridiculous and not worth coming here. Both blonde waitresses were taking shots and drinking on the side which is so unprofessional. Absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful of a place! 6/13. Only giving it 2 stars cause the chef did a good job but the customer service was insanely poor!

A far more extensive menu than your average Buffalo bar menu The Tap House offers something that Chippewa does not in that this is a neighborhood type bar that services to a mature older crowd The specialty beer and the beer selection is extremely extensive The two owners , bartenders back of the house staff and security are all top notch professionals

Best wings and roastbeef sliders near shea's theatre. Great bartender and awesome prices! Very impressed!
