Dunkin' - Buffalo Grove

This is the best Dunkin location I've been to! I've been looking for a good location near me and I've been coming to this one for a few years. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Specifically, Mayuri, is the most welcoming. They actually care about customers and make really good coffee.

You pay $0.75 for a table of oatmilk or almond. The quality of the drinks have gone down

Not very friendly. The girl server there is very rude. She doesn’t greet or exchange any words. Has messed up my order many times. Some young server girl also had made fun or my order when I told her it’s a mobile order, she just couldn’t understand it. Don’t go to this location.

Dunkin' Donuts at 245 McHenry Rd is absolutely awesome! The service is top-notch, the speed is crazy fast, and the quality is phenomenal. But let me tell you, Mayuri is like a customer service superhero, making sure every order is delivered perfect with a smile, making everyone feel like a VIP. I can't believe how quickly our treats appeared, and the whole place was so spotless.

My favorite coffe spot! Mayuri is such a gem. She is so delightful and always has a smile on her face. The whole team is amazing.
