Brown Dog Coffee Company - Buena Vista

Brown Dog is our coffee shop while traveling through Buena Vista and/or Salida. There is often a line, but the staff works fast and it is always worth the stop. The Buena Vista site does not have much seating, but we usually attack it anyway. The drip coffee varieties are large black; Cream and sugar are not required when the coffee is high quality. The most important is the green chili authentic Colorado/New Mexico green chili .

We were in Buena Vista before we went back to Denver Airport and I don't regret it a bit! We thought about breakfast and coffee at Brown Dog Coffee Company. This place is amazing. The pastries and food all saw delicious I got the cinnamon roll! , they have tons of coffee products to buy and take home, shirts, gifts and other unique items that make the experience unique. So glad we stopped.

Friendly staff, great coffee and a beautiful view. We sat on the south deck and noticed little flecks of something swirling around us. We finally figured out it was coffee from the roasting process they were doing! It was actually kind of fun.

Very busy for good reason! Plan extra time due to customer traffic. Drive thru option would be nice so we wouldn't have to wait with so many other people. Bought and enjoyed coffee here every day we were in town both cold and hot options. If they made an error, they quickly fixed it. Muffin was rather tasteless but definitely go for the coffee!

This cozy yet bustling coffee shop is consistently fantastic. The breakfast burrito with chorizo is delicious, and the blueberry muffins are outstanding as well. The staff are always friendly, ensuring excellent customer service every time. It's always a great way to kick off the day!
