Food: I love the thin crust pepperoni and cheese pizza with garlic bread! The thin crust was crispy and hot. $8 pizza is worth every penny. Service: Customer service can be better. I asked: How are you today? And the writer answered, What can I get you? ? Improve customer service. Last thought: great pizza, but customer service can be better. A bad attitude can ruin a meal.
Ordered crazy crust many times and the same worker never puts it on the order and doesn?t try to fix it or ask another worker what it is when he doesn?t know what it is that I?m asking for. I?ve ordered it from there for years and got it right every time but when it?s that worker it?s never right. Not the best employee working there and may even mess up other peoples orders as well.
Surprisingly good. Little Ceasars has definitely stepped up since the last time I had it. The pizza/Calzone was good hot, cold, and the next day. Definitely recommend for a quick solution ??
Generally I don't mind Little Caesars Pizza. It's inexpensive, and tastes good to me. I wouldn't call myself a pizza connoisseur, I just enjoy a good slice of pizza. What I am a connoisseur of, however; is good customer service and how an establishment treats it's customers.I wouldn't expect a teen at their first job to have much experience in customer service but I would expect a mature woman to treat their customers just a little bit better than I was treated. And nobody could explain to me why they had to charge extra to put the buffalo sauce on the side. Nothing really wrong with Little Caesars in Buena Park, but then again nothing really right either.I think in the future I'll have to find the next closest Little Caesars for that fix.
