Il Giardinetto - BUDONI

Atmosphere is nice with dimmed lights, old souvenirs and plants. Waiter came quick and spoke good English. Delivery time of the drinks was acceptable but the food definitely has to come faster. As a starter we had a mixed seafood plate, which was in my opinion absolutely perfect! For main course we all had Pizza which was also very good. Red wine came way too cold, but later it turns out that this is common in this region. We also got a full basket of mixed pieces of bread for free as a side dishes. In summary, the long waiting time and the perfect food stays in my mind.

Visiting Sardinia we stayed at Budoni and we dined in this restaurant many nights because the food was genuine and delicious! The waiters were very kind and patient with my poor Italian, even though they spoke English. Familiar place, very agreeable and the pasta is something to remember in my dreams!

Very nice place for a good dinner! Pizza's look and taste very good. Meat is also really nice and made for your taste (rare, medium Etc. And everything for a normal price! Staff is friendly and thoughtful. Especially Mido, greatings from your dutchs friends! Keep it up!

Very nice local restaurant place. Lots of local, nice menu, good service, it s a good real local restaurant. Remember to book in advance at busy time. Just a minus .... If you order a steak, it s good to know they divided the dish and the price in different part. Meat and garnish. If you order a meat main course, it will come by itself. You want carbs and or veges, you need to order extra. A bit of a turist plan B for cost raising price but irritating to my point of view. A main course dish should be complete.

Arrived today in Budoni and in the evening in evaluating where to dine we chose here at the “Giardinetto” and it was all fantastic... !!! Friendly and caring staff, very nice local, the first and second excellent, great desserts, with coffee. So if you're in the area, go for sure.
