After reading reviews saying the service was bad, I tried giving Yogurt World the benefit of the doubt, but as soon as I got there it was very clear that the service is awful! I walked in the door and a young girl came out and stood behind the counter and stared at me blankly. I greeted her but she didnt bother to move or say anything back. After choosing my yogurt I went on to the toppings, where there was no chocolate sauce, I looked up at her and asked if they had run out - not a big deal but thought id double check, she came over and took about 2 minutes staring at the sauces before replying "I guess so" in the most unenthusiastic voice you could imagine. i then paid for my yogurt in silence before leaving, feeling very confused. There is an obvious staffing issue here that needs to be addressed.
Don't take your kids in here, I took my grandkids 8 & 6 they got their yoghurt, and the look on their faces when they got to choose the toppings, the young girl just stood there, gave us no advise on what to do, as there were no spoons or tongs on many of the toppings, my 6yr old chose 4 white chocolate buttons, well the girl ripped out the container and " and said madly- now I have to chuck the whole lot out because you touched them with your hands" he was scared and wondered what he had done wrong, we spoke to her and said maybe if she greeted the kids cheerfully and said hey guys use the spoons...ok- even then she didn't say a word
Beautiful yoghurt ice cream - careful adding toppings as it is weighed and so can add up quickly. A lot of flavours ran out but it was Easter so that's understandable.
Nice on a hot day but you need to watch out as it's measured by weight and you'll get more than you thought. Especially with the toppings, how heavy are those toppings, maltesers might appear light but liquorice allsorts don't. I like this but my wife doesn't.
Really tasty frozen yoghurts with good selection of additions available. Quite expensive - each medium sized pot was between $6-12.
