Lone Star Rib House Kawana - BUDDINA

Baby back ribs absolutely stupendous as usual but smaller at this Lonestar than others. Chips also very light on as per the picture.

Ordered take away meal wings and ribs, there were only 3 ribs in there, one was almost half a kilo weighed, it was cold and not cooked also half of the portion were fat. Bought twice preciously the same menu and there were minimum of six ribs were there. It was well cooked at that time, But I would probably may not try it again.

I went to lonestar thinking I was going to experience nothing but pleasant times but was very wrong, terrible food not too mention the fact that i have been a manager in the hospo industry for 10+ yrs and never one in my life have I experienced such terrible form of customer serviceI would be appalled if I whitnessed my staff treat customers with such a lack of humanity and just plain rudeness!Step your game up lonestar. Will not be coming back.

Amazing staff, so friendly nice. Sterk ribs combo meal cooked to perfection the Mac cheese burger tasty. Will be back soon, thanks for a wonderful lunch.
