Borkonyha has amazing first courses (although not very inventive) and their sides and sauces were perfect (black pudding nectarine tartelette could have been a standalone dish). The problem is mostly with the meats, all of which have undergone the same sous vide process, underseasoned, and lacking texture and flavor. With a different approach there, the place would be wonderful. Great restaurant and atmosphere in general with good food and service. Very good price point for a Michelin Stared restaurant. Will definitely return to experience some other dishes on the menu. Dommage que je ne boive pas, car le restaurant est spécialisé dans les vins et la cuisine avec le vin. J'ai quand même apprécié les plats, mais pour un restaurant étoilé j'ai été un peu déçue. Le restaurant est très bruyant et les places assez serrées. Les plats étaient moins bien cuit que le restaurant que j'ai testé le même jour (Mak).
