Taco Bell - Buckeye

Come on! Do you really expect that much from Taco Bell? We all pretty much know what it is made of right? For one, it is open late so if you need a quick snack there you go. Food is cheap and of course cheaply made. This is definitely NOT Mexican food so don't mix them up. Staff is generally pretty friendly but depends when you come in. It is pretty easy to get in and out from.

Posted dine in hours on Google shows open until midnight Sun Thurs and 1 AM Fri and Sat. We stopped on our way back to Phoenix from LA to eat Dinner and use the restroom. We arrived at 10:05pm and they had closed the dining room and would not make an exception to allow us to use the restroom. The employee at the drive through window refused to even ask the manager. They also failed to give us our hot sauce with the food we had ordered through the app. Disappointed.

Its ok but one of the employee was tring to comfront me when I went in and I was missing my 5 beef chalupas she wanted to say she did intill the other employee checked my order and seen I was correct and apologized.

Friendly order taker. Fast prep. The line was short this time. Kids love the food and freezes. The only thing I wish is that this Taco Bell would use their pay window AND food window when they are busy so the line would move along faster.

So apparently you need to eat your food right away or this place doesn't care if they serve cold food. We ordered from the drive thru and took it not even 5 minutes away from the place. We called to tell them that the meet was cold (rice was warm though). The manager said what do you expect when you went thru the drive thru and then drove home. Mind you that this isn't our first time there and we have never encountered cold meet before. She said she wouldn't replace it and that it's our fault for taking It home to eat it. Isn't this what a drive thru is for? Someone please explain this to me.
