The delivery driver showed himself without cash change, after we have expressly informed the business that we would pay cash if the order was called. our order was less than $35, no change for $50 wasted time, the order sent back.

Provide service with a smile, unlike the place across the street. They have made a mistake with my order but Crystal(manager) was very helpful in finding a resolution to the mishap. I've had on more than one occasion where the other place is backed up more than an hour and are rude and cold when taking your order. I would be willing to come back and know that if my order isn't to satisfaction the staff there is willing to make things right.

Got a personal pan pizza like this. Literally just opened the box to this. looks like some took bites out of it. Needless to say I just threw it away. If this is the kind of service they have then I will never try them out again. BARROS is the way to go for fast-food chain pizza.

Having the food be delivered sucks! They always lie on when it will arrive. Other than that food is good

Worst customer service ever, got cussed out by the general manager had to wait an hour and a half for my pizza and ordered pepperoni with pineapple and just had pineapple tossed on my pizza not baked with it!!!!
