North Shore Coffee - Buckeye Lake

I visited North Shore Coffee Company at Buckeye Lake on October 18, 2020, to get coffee for my wife and myself. Despite explaining to the cashier that my wife is injured, she insisted that we wear masks and ultimately refused service. According to Ohio’s COVID guidelines, my wife, being hearing impaired, is not required to wear a mask, and I was accompanying her. On a positive note, we discovered another coffee shop that is more accommodating to those with hearing impairments and offers significantly better coffee and pastries. If you or a family member are hearing impaired, I recommend going to Rolls By The Pound for a more respectful experience and superior coffee and pastries.
