Fire Club - Bucharest

This bar was near our hotel and they had an offer of buying a beer get a free, so we decided to go. It is a alleyway with external seat in a courtyard. There were some other customers there in the afternoon we visited. We sat about 10 minutes and no one came to take an order, so I went back to the bar where a sullen waitress stood and did nothing. I asked if I could command and she grunted 'outside' I told her we had been there for a while and no one came and she said: 'You just arrived, I saw that you were over ' So rude and when she saw us passing 10 minutes ago, why didn't she come to serve us? She then came and hesitantly took our order and it was like teeth pulling trying to find out what beers on the offer she just didn't say when we pointed out beers on the menu made out that there was only one available for the deal so that we ordered that and I ordered a mojito. The beer was good, but my Mojito was just a glass of icey water with a wig of mint without taste and I doubt whether it was any alcohol in it, the worst Mojito I ever had. We decided to pay when we got our drink as we knew we never saw her again and she couldn't even smile or say thank you when we paid. We sat for about 30 minutes with our drinks and in all this time she didn't come back to see if someone wanted something from the customers. The worst service, so we definitely do not return many friendly staff in the bars and restaurants on the same street. No way to run a business.

Very good ambience, excellent food at affordable prices! I'm really nice to spend the evening with my friends and colleagues.

The most disgusting staff I've ever seen. Rude to the customer and with zero intention to help. If you do not want to have a bad time, the best you can do to avoid this place.

I felt a bit like a fish out of water in the old town amongst all the beautiful young people, and having been underwhelmed at Beer O'clock we walked down here for something to eat. We sat inside it was cooler and quieter albeit semi loud Rock music was being played but I'm not adverse to that. Made the waitress smile and laugh by telling her we had had travelled 1,500 miles by train to a bar that sells beer from a brewery local to where I live Meantime Brewey, Greenwich . We ordered two pasta dishes, two local beers, and fries. The fries never turned up, but just as well, would have been too much to eat. The bill came to 58 lei, £11 the service was a little slow but acceptable, we were not charged for the fries, our beer was not recycled it came in bottles. I would return to this bar.

The fire club is a very good pub, with delicious dishes, both large portions and good prices. There are also live sports events broadcast all the time.
