The ice machine was out of order, so they had a bowl of ice on the counter for customers to use. However, there was no scoop provided, leading customers to scoop ice with their cups, which is unhygienic and likely a health code violation. I noticed that they were reusing knives without cleaning them as well. When I asked for a cup of water, I was charged for a fountain drink instead. The staff had water cups available behind the register, and the employee made me feel foolish for not wanting to pay full price for a drink.
