Matsuri - Bucerías

Crazy waiting staff at times I brought some energy to drink between the wine orders and was told by the manager. Maybe that or even can offer ice water??????? I bring a constant stream of Biz. You should like me...?

All traditional Japanese standard price plus interesting Mexican spins on sushi special rolls etc.

Very slow service but very good food. The house soup which is a fish soup is delicious and I am not a big fan of soup. So happy that I was talked into trying it. The Mexican roll....outstanding. Every thing we had was good. The...beer....icy cold.

We have been coming to PV and Bucerias for 30 years and we honestly have not written a bad review about anywhere in all that time....However, last night was inexcusable! We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a take out order of 2 rolls and some sashimi! All the while we watched 8 other groups come in, sit down, order eat and leave that came in after we ordered.....The lacking AC made it even worse with the summer heat. The staff and there lack of concern and total disregard for our small group sitting at the bar waiting was unacceptable. They could not have cared less when we asked about our order, they just didn't care!We are not one of those constant complainers as my 20+ reviews on tripadvisor would illustrate. Hope no other folks experience what we did.....
