Service was excellent and friendly. Inside and outside seating. For a Monday, itwas busy. We plan to come back the next time we are in the area.
One and done for us unfortunately. To follow up on previous reviews do not keep your tab open! A second system at the outside side bar would be extremely helpful for those just wanted to order another drink or close there tab. Waiting in line 15 minuteswas very frustrating, and we were one of several trying to do so. Could not try the cherry/rhubarb cider on tap, was told it wasnot working? See chicken tenders photo as well on the food and judge for yourself?.
I really enjoyed the burgers and beer! The fries were also delicious. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are great, and it seems like the outdoor space is dog-friendly, with several bowls of water available for dogs. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely return when I visit Bryson City again.
We had a fantastic stop on our way home after a day of hiking in the mountains. The two beers we tried were excellent, and the double cheeseburgers were enormous! The kids were amazed by the size of the wings and feet! I highly recommend this place!
When we checked the beer menu, we saw that they only had four of their own brews available. After ordering, we found out they were out of the beer we had chosen, so we settled for the amber ESB, which was decent. The other options were a porter or a stout. We ordered a batch of ten wings, asking for half of one sauce and half of another. When they arrived, we found them mostly dry and composed entirely of drumettes, even though we hadn't specified a preference. We understand that there's been a shortage of wings, which has affected availability, but paying $15 for ten poorly sauced drumettes felt excessive. We also ordered a side of fries, but they arrived cold and seemed to be the leftover crumbs from the bottom of a warm plate. The portion was already small, and we couldn’t even eat half of it. I recognize the impact a review can have on a restaurant, and I don’t take pleasure in writing negative feedback. However, both my husband and I felt it was necessary to share our experience after this visit.
