Cj's Grille - Bryson City

Eating was quick to get out what a great thing we starve when we brought the restaurant from going to the place to the restaurant. this place was recommended by locals. the burger was well cooked and the beats were great. the wings were a bit dry, so be tired if that's what they order! the service was helpful and fast.

We weren't real impressed with this place. Maybe it was just a bad or off day. Too many other places to choose from.

I was hanging after an intense hike and everything was closed despite the hours on google and yelp. and that is when we found cj. we were greeted by the beautiful stephanie rose and she sat down and brought us beer and water immediately. coming into an environment where they are friends and efficient after getting frustrated with the city not opened at 6:00, this was an atem of fresh air. the beer was great, the burgers are awesome and the picks are some of the best, and their chips are quite great. the service and the people there are top notch, hard laborers and friendly, while short staff is not easy. I recommend cj’s!

We ate at CJ's on a Thursday about mid afternoon, when we walked in and were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside we replied inside. The response from the employee seating us wasn't rude but still seemed like we burdened them by asking to sit inside. After that our waitress just appeared to be annoyed and bothered by us. We could clearly overhear the employees behind the bar complaining about their coworkers. The inside felt very unorganized, slightly unclean, and just not inviting. You could hear three difference styles of music playing at the same time, rap loud enough to hear from the kitchen, the front of the inside had new country music playing, the rear had old country music playing. Playing any combination of those isn't a problem, having them going all at the same time was very strange. I would not recommend CJs the food was alright but nothing to beat the other issues.

Good Food and nice staff! Food came quick and hot. A good selection for lunch or dinner. Easy walk in town.
