Firehouse Subs - Bryant

I have become regular because the young lady in the front is so respectful and sweet every time! She greets you with a big smile and has great manners! I am happy to see them every time I visit fireworks!!

I lost my card yesterday and the manager was so rude to find my card. They weren't helpful that she turned around and I can say they talked about me. I love fireworks, but I never come back to this place.

Edited: after 3 days still cant get in touch with store via phone or on here to get this fixed. Food was ready fast but was wrong and no pickles were included after making sure they would be. Hard to tell in picture but I ordered the Steak and Cheese and added mushrooms. No mushrooms. Tried to call and complain but no answer. Cost too much for it to be wrong. Will be a while before I go back.

The Brisket Cheddar Sandwich was quite delicious, the loaded potato soup was not so much. Staff are nice and welcome as soon as you get in.

The food is as expected. The problem is limiting the sacred sauce. We spent 30$ on 2 subs (one medium one large) and we’re given two half full mini containers of the sacred sauce and told we can’t have anymore.
