Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The restaurant offers delicious home-style cooking, with great service and plenty of shopping options while you wait. I enjoyed a dine-in lunch that cost about $20–30 per person. The food was excellent, earning a 5 out of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5. The atmosphere was inviting, scoring a 4.

After a wait of about 15 minutes, we were finally seated. Unfortunately, we waited another 15 to 20 minutes before our drink orders were taken. I must commend our waitress, though; she was very apologetic and managed the situation exceptionally well. I've noticed that this location tends to take quite a long time with drink orders and food preparation after seating, so I appreciate her efforts. Once we interacted with her, she was outstanding. When our meals arrived, everything was delicious except for my side of beans, which my wife pointed out were undercooked. She also found her dish, including the hashbrown casserole, to be quite bland. Thankfully, I was satisfied with the rest of my food, so it wasn’t a major issue for me. Despite these hiccups, my family and I love Cracker Barrel and will continue to visit. I just wish this location would improve its speed in taking drink and food orders after seating and that the staff would refrain from closely monitoring customers in the store—I promise, I’m not stealing anything, and if we break something, we will definitely pay for it. As for parking, the location is conveniently situated off the interstate and has ample parking available.

The restaurant was quite busy, which is a positive sign. However, I did feel a bit cramped with so many people around. Our food arrived quickly and was exactly as we ordered. Our server was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food as a 4, the service as a 4, and the atmosphere as a 3.
